I'm Simon Bremer. Grew up in the Netherlands, in the ERP world for over 20 years. A large part of that with Microsoft Dynamics, today mostly with Business Central.
I work alone, without a large consultancy behind me. There's a reason for that. At big firms you often talk to three people before anyone actually answers. With me, you talk to me. Start to finish.
When I don't know something right away, I say so. First an honest assessment, then: I need to check that. Better that than a quick answer that turns out to be wrong later.
My standard
A good project ends with you not needing me anymore. Your team understands the system, and can manage on its own. Consulting that creates dependency isn't good consulting, in my view.
Dutch and direct, with humor now and then. If there's a simpler way, I'll say so, even if it means fewer billable hours for me.

That means I don't just build for individual clients, I also bring my own products to market. Someone who builds and sells a system knows it from the inside differently than someone who only configures it.
